Feeling like the world's against me..Call me crazy strangely I love the odds

Thanks to your quick response of emails and phone calls, WIS-TV called late this afternoon to "right the wrong," as Craig Melvin said, of Sunday's "Awareness" program.

They have invited me to be on the show to respond to Oran Smith's outrageous claims about gays and lesbians. The taping is tomorrow afternoon.

Not a whole hell of a lot. Just thought I'd catch you up on the day to day of me.

I have to thank both muse_de_nuit and inkpants for the fabulous bday gifts!! I will post pics of said gifts at some point. They are the perfect examples of my split personality. muse_de_nuit gave me a beautiful "exotic other" Hello Kitty. She's brown, leather-feeling and wearing a silver dress. inkpants brought me a new set of drill bits...w/ pilot points!!! I must use them soon.

My weekend in Florida went....well not as planned that for sure. I didn't find out until I was in Florida and checked into my hotel room that 9 players from our team had backed out. We tried picking up a few players once we got to the pitch and were successful. However, that put us in the position of NOT being able to actually win the tournament since these ladies weren't on our roster. So after our last game Saturday, we decided to forfeit on Sunday and go get plastered...woot! Only I didn't get plastered. I watched my teammates make asses of themslves and realized I REALLY, REALLY missed Kathy. Debating wether or not I'll be making that 7 hour trip next year.

Work is, well work. I don't love it, butit does provide me with a ready source of entertainment...and money to pay my bills with!

I think that about covers the catch phase of my day. Back to work you slackers!!
