Feeling like the world's against me..Call me crazy strangely I love the odds

WE WON!!!!! My team is the number one seed going into the finals for our division (South D II - North pool)!!!! When we travel to Memphis in 2 weeks, we need only to win one out of the three games we play to be guaranteed number one seat. Translates to us playing a much lower ranked team and hopefully winning.

We played full 40 min halves, which I haven't done since I rolled my ankles in Philly 2 weeks ago. I was in a hurry and decided to not tape my ankles for today's game. I had to come out at the half. :( I will tape them for the next few weeks. Painful lesson to relearn.

For now, shower, drink, dinner and ice/elevate the ankles. Tomorrow Kathy and I are driving down to Columbia to spend some time with her family. After we get home, I'm gonna take a bath and soak forever.

wastelanders it was fantastic to see you two today even if it was only for the briefest of moments!!! Thanks for helping ease the pain.

muse_de_nuit a rather heavy book FINALLY arrived the other day in the mail!! Thanks a bunch. I'm seriously thinking about tackling reading it fairly soon. How are you, Sasha, Aleks and the kitties?
